Introducing Cherrie Laygo DAOM LAC

I am thrilled to introduce Cherrie Laygo DAOM LAC to our Acupuncture practice.  I have had the pleasure of working with Cherrie over the course of the last several months and I know you will greatly benefit from her competence and caring.

imageCherrie Laygo DAOM LAC, is an NCCAOM Certified, California Board Licensed Acupuncturist, and Licensed Massage Therapist. She received her Doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine, where she is currently on Faculty, and graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City with a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine.

Cherrie incorporates Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Electro-Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, & Medical Massage Therapy in her treatment of patients. She is a general practitioner with a special interest in musculo-skeletal disorders, pain management, orthopedics, anxiety, digestive disorders and women’s health.

Cherrie’s dedication to Traditional Chinese Medicine stems from personal experience with her own health and progressed naturally from her career as a Massage Therapist. After working and teaching in LA for many years, Cherrie moved back to NYC this July with her husband and five-year-old daughter.
